The audit · two weeks

Find where the money goes. Fix the first leak.

In two weeks I look at how money and work move through your business, from first lead to cash in the bank, delivery and renewal. I find where they're being lost, put a number on it, and give you a plan for fixing it. And I fix the first leak while I'm there.

(01)

What I look at

The whole business, not one team's part of it.

Marketing
Whether you're reaching the right people. ICP fit, content and organic search.
Sales
What happens to a lead once it arrives. From first lead to closed sale.
Cash
Whether the money actually lands. From closed sale to cash in the bank.
Customers
Whether they stay. From cash in the bank to renewal.
Operations
What it costs to deliver. Cost to serve each customer, and the processes that built up rather than being designed.
Back office
Where people are doing a system's job. Copying between tools, chasing updates by hand, and reporting nobody trusts.
(02)

What you get

Where money is being lost. Each leak found in your own data.

A number on each one. So you know what it's worth before you spend anything fixing it.

A plan for fixing it. Yours to keep, whether or not you work with me after.

The first leak, fixed. I fix it inside your own tools while I'm there.

(03)

What I need from you

Read-only access to your tools. I look, I don't change anything without you agreeing it first.

(04)

After the audit

Build month
The rest of the fixes. I set them up, and the AI, inside the tools you already use, and train your team to use them.
Ongoing support
Keeping it running. Your team runs it, and I stay on hand, or one or two days a week if you'd rather someone owned it.
Fees. I go through fees on the call, once I know a bit about your business.
Book a call

30 minutes. No brief required.

Tell me where you think the money is going, and I'll tell you whether the audit is the right next step.
